Rust removal from sinks, tubs, toilets and tile

You should be able to remove rust stains from your sinks, tubs, toilets and tile by using lemon juice and salt. Or, if the tub is white, place bleach-soaked paper towels on the stains and let them sit for one hour. You could also try a commercial rust remover containing oxalic acid.
