Crayon mark removal
To remove crayon marks from upholstery (assuming the fabric is water-safe), you can also use a non-gel toothpaste, rubbing gently. Remove the toothpaste using a damp cloth or use the following solution: Mix 1/2 teaspoon liquid dishwashing detergent in a quart of warm water. Beat with a mixer, and clean the furniture using only the suds. Either way, work on a small area at a time, overlapping areas to avoid spotting. Change the rinse water frequently to keep it clean.
