Window screen cleaning

To clean your window screens, you have two options - wet or dry. You can use the brush attachment with a vacuum cleaner to vacuum dust and dirt away. The brush will help to get in the small holes of the screen. You can also try laying the screen against an outside wall or fence or in your bathtub. Rinse thoroughly with a hose (or shower head attachment) to remove most of the dirt. Scrub with a nylon brush and a mixture of dish detergent and water. Dry thoroughly before placing the screens back on the windows. If you remove more than one window at a time, you may want to use a permanent marker to write a number on the window or doorframe and mark the same number on the corresponding screen. This makes it easier to put each clean screen back where it belongs.
