Yes we are have a comprehensive public liability cover. Our insurance policy will cover any accidental damages to your property caused by our cleaner up to 1 million pounds.

Many companies act as introduction agencies and charge an annual or a monthly fee for their services which in most cases are only introducing a cleaner to you. If you pay an annual charge you may be paying too much if you travel a lot.
These agenciesmay/may not cover any damages caused by their cleaners and will ask you to pay your cleaner as well. When you are paying your cleaner directly you may be liable for the income tax and NI contributions that arise from those payments. Suddenly a service that seemed cheap and affordable may turn into a costly nightmare.
Anyclean is a cleaning company providing various cleaning services including domestic cleaning. After we have introduced a cleaner to you we continue to maintain the cleaning service. We make sure the quality level does not drop down and carefully monitor the feedback we receive so we can provide you with the reliable service you want.
You pay us the current rate for the cleaning service and we pay our cleaners thus avoiding any problems with the Inland Revenue.
Our customer services team is available to look after your queries from 09.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday and 10.00 - 16.00 on Saturdays.
By checking all the references provided by the cleaner. If she/he cannot provide verifiable reference we do not offer them work. We take extra care when tracing each applicant's history. There are no exceptions.

And last but not least Anyclean holds a deposit paid by every cleaner.
There is no minimum term contract for using our services.
We don't want you to pay money to us just because of a contract and not for receiving quality service. Most companies will require a minimum term contract to be signed because this is an insurance policy in their benefit regardless of the service they provide. That is not the case when using Anyclean.
You can terminate the cleaning service providing the standard 30 days advanced notice in writing. No questions asked.
We will endeavour not to change your cleaner if you are moving home. This, of course, depends on the area you are moving to. If the cleaner lives too far away from your new home we will have to send another cleaner to you. Having a cleaner travelling long distances every time she comes to your home may result in late starts due to the London transport problems and delays.
Please give us as much notice as you can before moving out so we can arrange the service at your new home.
We do not charge a monthly/yearly fee, agency fee or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges.
Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property.
All prices are subject to VAT at 20%.

We require 24 hours notice before you go away, the date of your last visit before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.
We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will come back and re-do the clean free of charge.
In the case of domestic cleaning and ironing please make sure you leave your cleaner tasks that can be normally completed within the time you have agreed with Anyclean.
Our cleaners use the public transport and own means of transportation.

Our company policy is that you pay us and we pay the cleaner.
Using this system of payment avoids any penalties and claims being lodged against you by the Inland Revenue if you were to pay the cleaner direct.
We ask for a weekly or fortnightly standing order payment with the first cleaning visit to be paid by debit/credit card. In some cases where a fortnightly staniding order cannot be set up due to bank policies we can accept a monthly standing order which needs to commence in advance of the service.
For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. Unfortunately we are not able to process VISA Electron.

Our vetting procedure involves:
- Proof of identity (passport, full UK driving license)
- Proof of address (2 utility bills + bank statement)
- Proof of immigration status (valid visa + work permit)

All candidates who have passed the vetting procedure are given extensive training, health and safety induction and key safekeeping by Anyclean.
We make sure the new members of our team are trained up to the well known quality standards of Anyclean's service and monitor them closely at all times.

Unfortunately not. We try to keep our cleaners' earnings in proportion to travel and other expenses. You will have to book the minimum of 3 hours per cleaning visit.
You can have a regular cleaner once a month but we will not guarantee the same cleaner every month. Our cleaners are looking for a steady income and we try to allocate them to clients who require weekly/fortnightly service. The cleaner you have had last month may be busy at the time you require this month and we will have to send someone else.
You will have the same house cleaner looking after your home on every cleaning visit. We will not replace your cleaner unless you request the change yourself.
Only if your regular domestic cleaner goes away for a week or two we will contact you with regards to providing a replacement.
We guarantee you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service at your home. Please note that you may have to provide a new task sheet for the replacement cleaner.

Yes, of course.
You can leave a set of keys to our cleaner. You don't have to wait for the cleaner every time she comes and you will never be late for work again.
90% of our cleaners hold keys for clients' homes. They have gone through our security training with regards to safe keeping keys. It is a convenient way to have your property maintained without having to wait for someone to turn up.
You are responsible for providing the cleaning products and equipment and any instructions with regards to operating the equipment provided by you.
Sometimes we may be able to provide cleaning products and equipment but there will be an extra charge for that.
We make every effort to meet the requirements of our clients.
In the majority of cases you can specify the day. If your request cannot be met then you will be presented with the nearest alternative options.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the cleaning services Anyclean will re-do the job free of charge.
If you are still disatisfied with the service provided by your cleaner we will replace her with another regular cleaner immediately. In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur.
There are no extra charges like transport, holiday pay etc.
What you use is what you pay for and that is the rate for the cleaning service you have booked.
We try to arrange your cleaning service and the initial meeting with the cleaner within 24 hours. In some cases we may need another day to find you a cleaner (usually when your request for a cleaning day is Friday).
If you call us before 12.00 there is a good chance that we can find you a cleaner and arrange a meeting by 18.00 on the same day.
You need to book at least 3 hours per cleaning visit.
If you book 4 hours or more per week you can spread them to 2 or more cleaning visits. In this case the minimum number of hours per cleaning visit is 2.
Our cleaners work any day of the week from 07.00 to 19.00 including Public and Bank holidays. Cleaners can finish later than 19.00 if agreed with Anyclean.
Please note: If your cleaning visit is due on a Bank Holiday and you haven't called or e-mailed Anyclean to cancel the visit, the regular amount due for that cleaning visit will be charged regardless of whether the cleaner has cleaned your property or not. Normally the cleaner will attend the cleaning visit.
