We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result from a job then we will continue to clean or we will come back and re-do the clean absolutely free of charge.
We require £15.00 deposit at the time of booking and the rest payable on the day of the cleaning by cash or cheque. If you want to pay the outstanding balance by credit/debit card there will be a 3% card handling fee.
Unfortunately we do not currently provide dry upholstery cleaning due to the following reasons:
1. Dry powder extraction has no ability to flush soil and dust mites trapped at the base of the fibers.
2. Some contractors have found a discoloration imparted to the fiber after repeated cleanings with this process.
3. The process is extremely slow.
4. Nearly every fabric manufacturer requests annual hot water extraction.

At the moment we do not clean leather upholstery.
Our cleaners are currently being trained to clean leather to the highest industry standards and the process will take time. The courses and exams our cleaners have to pass will ensure highest quality of the service. We will not advertise the service unless we offer the best leather cleaning solutions.

We aim to book your upholstery cleaning within the next 3 to 5 days. In some cases we may have earlier availabilities or in busy periods we may be able to send an upholstery cleaner in a week's time. Please let us know your best dates and we will present you with the closest availabilities.
In some cases you may have to pay a parking fee or a congestion charge (congestion charge will be charged only if the site address is within the London congestion charge area).
If our upholstery cleaning operatives cannot park their vehicle free of charge when servicing your address you will have to either provide a parking space or a valid temporary parking permit. If you cannot arrange neither of the above then you will have to reimburse the upholstery cleaners with the parking fee they have paid in order to clean your upholstery.
In the unlikely event of dissatisfaction with the upholstery cleaning services Anyclean will re-do the job free of charge.
In order to solve properly any issue related to poor quality service we need to receive feedback as soon as any problems occur and no later than 24 hours.
Normally your upholstery will be dry in about 3-4 hours after completion of the cleaning service.
However in some cases where extensive treatment due to a heavily stained fabric has been provided the drying process may take longer than 3-4 hours.
Our upholstery cleaners will bring all the necessary chemicals and equipment.
You need to provide only access to your property, water and electricity.
Yes, of course.
You can leave a set of keys to your neighbour, porter or letting/estate agent. Please provide the contact details where we have to pick up the keys from including a name and a telephone number. We will collect the keys, do the job and then return the keys to the initial collection address or post them back through the letterbox.
Please note that we may charge you £10.00 if keys have to be picked up from a different postcode.
We insist that you are present at the time of completion so you can inspect the results and pay any outstanding balances to the upholstery cleaner.
Our carpet cleaning is NOT charged per hour but per job. We gather information about the carpeted rooms and their sizes and provide a quote for the whole job.
