• Confirmation of UK work entitlement (work permit etc.) is obtained
• Proof of UK address in the form of recent utility bills and bank statements
• Previous address history is checked including addresses overseas
• Obtaining and checking references from previous employers
• Personal interview at our office
• Extensive in-house training

Each new house cleaner must pass a practical (real life) test before being assigned to a supervisor who continues the training by monitoring the quality of the house cleaning service provided. Only after we have been completely satisfied that the new house cleaner will be able to carry out the job at at the required level AT ALL TIMES, we assign her to new clients.
