Dear Sir,
Please be aware I am cancelling my contract with you for home cleaning after 25/07/06. The only reason for this is I am moving abroad at the beginning of August and no longer require your services.
Over the years I have used your company (6 years) I have had very good service and I hope to find someone as good as yourselves in the country I am moving to.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank your cleaner for a brilliant job that he did with our carpets last night. Although you called to say he would be late he arrived 5 minutes after our appointed time. It wasn't as stressful as we had anticipated. When he arrived there was no fuss, the job took him less than 30 minutes and he did a great job. He was also a very nice man.
We would definitely recommend this service to a friend.
