From Edwardian mansion blocks off Ealing Broadway to new-build developments along the Elizabeth line corridor, we keep entrances, stairwells, lifts and bin stores clean, safe and free of resident complaints. Every building gets a written specification, a regular team and a fixed monthly fee, so managing agents, freeholders and residents’ associations know exactly what is cleaned, when, and by whom.

Shaped Around Ealing’s Housing Stock
Ealing’s seven towns cover everything from Victorian conversions and 1930s mansion flats to post-war estates and the towers rising around its Elizabeth line stations. Each type of building wears differently, so we write the specification around the building itself, not a generic checklist.
Victorian and Edwardian conversions (Ealing Common, Hanwell, Pitshanger)
- The challenge
- Tight shared hallways, encaustic tiled paths, stained-glass doors and painted timber banisters that scuff easily.
- How we handle it
- pH-neutral products on original tiles, hand-dusting of balustrades and careful work around fragile glazing.
Post-war estates and council-era blocks (Northolt, Southall, South Acton)
- The challenge
- Long deck-access walkways, high resident turnover, busy lifts, bulky-waste dumping in bin chambers and graffiti.
- How we handle it
- Several visits a week, bin chamber washdowns, reporting of fly-tipped items for collection and prompt graffiti removal.
New-build developments (Dickens Yard, Southall Waterside, Acton Gardens)
- The challenge
- Concierge lobbies, full-height glazing, brushed steel and porcelain or stone floors that show every mark, plus podium gardens and residents’ gyms.
- How we handle it
- Daily presentation cleans to a show-flat standard, streak-free glass and floor care matched to each surface.
Flats above shops (The Broadway, Uxbridge Road, Acton High Street)
- The challenge
- Rear or side-street entrances, shared service yards, trade waste beside residential bins and controlled parking for vans.
- How we handle it
- Early-morning or evening visits around trading hours, with access and parking planned before the first clean.

“Our mansion block has original tiled hallways that the previous contractor kept dulling. Anyclean changed the products, and the floors look better now than they have in years. The residents noticed before I said a word.”
Helen M. · Mount Park Road, Ealing W5
“We run a small block off a busy shopping street. They come before the shops open, deal with the trade waste that ends up by our bins, and send a short report after every visit.”
Marcus O. · Churchfield Road, Acton W3
“Stairwells and walkways on our estate took a lot of wear and the complaints never stopped. Since the new schedule began, the bin chambers are washed down regularly and dumped items are reported the same day.”
Gurpreet S. · Lady Margaret Road, Southall UB1

Questions managing agents ask
If yours isn’t here, we’ll answer it at the survey.
What happens if our regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?
Your building never goes without a visit. Each site has a named supervisor and trained cover staff who already know the specification, access details and any building quirks, so a holiday or sick day doesn’t mean a missed clean or a stranger working from guesswork.
How do we know each visit has actually happened?
Every visit is logged against your specification, with the time on site and the tasks completed. Our supervisors also carry out regular quality checks and share the results with you, so you have clear evidence to show leaseholders or a residents’ association if questions come up.
Can you clean communal areas in Ealing’s conservation areas?
Yes. Ealing has more conservation areas than most London boroughs, from Ealing Green and Haven Green to Hanwell Clock Tower and Hanger Hill. Blocks in these areas often have original entrance tiles, leaded glass and painted joinery that need careful handling. We note these features at the survey and plan cleaning methods that keep them in good condition.
Can you add periodic deep cleans to the regular schedule?
Yes. Alongside routine visits, we can schedule carpet shampooing, hard floor machine scrubbing and sealing, high-level dusting and internal glass cleaning at intervals that suit the building. These are priced separately in your quote, so you can plan them into the annual service charge budget.
Do you work alongside concierge and estate teams at Ealing’s new developments?
Yes. Many of Ealing’s newer schemes, such as Dickens Yard, Southall Waterside and Acton Gardens, have concierge desks and on-site estate managers. We agree visit times, reporting lines and lobby standards with them from day one, so cleaning fits into the daily running of the building and residents see a consistent finish.
Can you help with one-off or urgent cleans?
Yes. We can arrange one-off cleans after building works, leaks, vandalism or a flat move-out that has left the common parts in poor condition. Tell us what has happened and we will confirm the earliest available slot and a fixed price before we attend.
