Window Cleaning in Wandsworth

Streak-free windows for Wandsworth homes and businesses, cleaned safely from the ground with pure water and no ladders.

Clear glass brightens every room and lifts the look of any frontage, but Wandsworth windows are rarely simple to reach. Victorian and Edwardian terraces in Balham, Earlsfield and Southfields have bay and sash windows, loft dormers and rear extensions reached only through the house. Riverside flats in Battersea and Putney catch spray and grime blown off the Thames, and high-street shopfronts on St John’s Road and Tooting High Street pick up traffic dirt every day. Anyclean’s Reach & Wash operatives clean all of it from the pavement or garden, reaching up to six floors with purified water and soft-bristle brushes. Frames, sills and glass are all done in one visit, with no ladders against your brickwork and no chemical residue left to attract dirt. Regular visits can be set up every four, eight or twelve weeks, and our teams plan around controlled parking zones and timed loading bays across the borough.

Areas We Cover

Regular and one-off window cleaning across Wandsworth, planned around the type of glass, height and access on your street.

Balham

SW12 (part) · SW17 (part)

Balham’s Heaver Estate and the streets off Nightingale Lane are lined with Edwardian houses with two-storey bays, leaded glass and loft dormers, while Du Cane Court and the mansion blocks on Balham High Road have rows of metal-framed windows. We clean bays, dormers and upper floors from the pavement, with no ladders resting against decorative brick or stucco.

Window cleaning in Balham

Battersea

SW11 · SW8 (part)

Battersea mixes riverside apartment towers at Battersea Reach and Nine Elms, red-brick mansion flats facing Battersea Park, and Victorian terraces between the Northcote Road “Nappy Valley” streets and Lavender Hill. Tall glazing, balconies and shopfronts around Clapham Junction all fall within one visit, cleaned from the ground with purified water.

Putney

SW15

Large Victorian and Edwardian villas around Putney Heath and West Hill have tall sashes, conservatories and garden-facing glass, while Putney Wharf and the Embankment add riverside flats and the high street brings busy shopfronts. Water-fed poles reach high and awkward panes safely, and we can include conservatory roofs and frames when booked.

Tooting

SW17 (part)

Tooting’s Totterdown Fields cottages and the terraces around Tooting Bec and Tooting Common are mostly two-storey homes with bays and rear extensions, many split into flats. Along Tooting High Street and Mitcham Road, shopfronts collect traffic dirt daily, so commercial visits are booked early, before trading and red-route restrictions begin.

Earlsfield

SW18 · SW17 (part)

The long Victorian terraces of Earlsfield’s “Toast Rack” streets, between Magdalen Road and Burntwood Lane, have bay fronts, side returns and loft conversions with rooflights and dormers. Garden and rear windows are often reached only through the house, so we agree access in advance and keep the visit quick and tidy.

Window cleaning in Earlsfield

Southfields

SW18 · SW19 (part)

The Southfields Grid around Replingham Road and Elsenham Street is packed with Edwardian terraces, loft dormers and side extensions, while larger inter-war homes line the roads towards Wimbledon Park. Parking is tight and busier during the Wimbledon Championships, so we schedule around it and clean every floor from the pavement or garden.

Window Cleaning Questions

Anything else? Call 020 7099 6964.

How often should my windows be cleaned?

Most homes book every eight weeks, which keeps glass clear without paying for visits you don’t need. Homes near busy roads, under trees or close to the river often suit every four weeks, and shopfronts usually need weekly or fortnightly cleans. You can change the frequency at any time.

Can you clean our shopfront on Tooting High Street, Upper Richmond Road or another Wandsworth red route?

Yes. Several of Wandsworth’s busiest shopping streets, including Tooting High Street, Upper Richmond Road and parts of Putney High Street, are red routes where stopping is heavily restricted during the day. We clean shopfronts and fascias there early in the morning, before you open and while loading is permitted, using a van that carries its own purified water. Regular commercial visits are invoiced monthly, and we can include first-floor offices or flats above the shop in the same visit.

Do you clean window frames, sills and doors too?

Yes. Every exterior clean includes the glass, frames and sills, which the soft brush cleans as it works. Glazed front doors, patio doors and bifolds are included too. Just let us know when you book if you want anything extra, such as conservatory roofs or fascias.

Do you need to use my water or electricity?

No. Our vans carry their own supply of purified water and power the pumps themselves, so we don’t need a tap, a socket or anyone at home to provide them.

Can you clean the dormer and loft conversion windows on my Wandsworth terrace?

Yes. Loft conversions are common across Wandsworth’s terraced streets, especially Earlsfield’s Toast Rack, the Southfields Grid and the Victorian roads around Tooting Common and Balham. Our water-fed poles reach rear dormers and front roof windows from the garden or pavement, without ladders on the roof or scaffolding. Rooflights set flat or at a shallow angle can be harder to reach from the ground, so we’ll confirm what we can clean when we quote.

I live in a flat. Can you clean just my windows?

Yes. We regularly clean individual flats in converted houses and mansion blocks, including upper floors. If neighbours in the same building would like their windows done too, booking together can lower the price for everyone, and we can also arrange a whole-building contract with your managing agent or freeholder.
