Interesting Stuff
Harefield is a village on the top of a hill in West London. Buses are connecting the area with Northwood where is the nearest tube station. A famous buildings in the area are St Mary the Virgin Church and Harefield Hospital.
Harefield United Football Club was formed in 1868 and is the oldest football club in Middlesex. Based in Harefield UB9, they are affiliated to the Middlesex County Football Association and currently play in the Spartan South Midlands League Premier Division. The club had several names in the past, including Harefield Victoria and Breakspear Institute. The present name was adopted in 1934 when they merged with Harefield FC. Harefield United FC play their home games at Preston Park and runs Junior Sections from Under11 to Under21.
