A deep clean goes well beyond a regular weekly clean. Our team works room by room, cleaning inside kitchen cupboards and appliances, descaling taps, showers and tiles, washing skirting boards, doors and light switches, and dusting high-level areas such as cornices, picture rails and the tops of wardrobes. It depends on the size and condition of the property and the size of the team. A one-bedroom flat is usually completed in a single day, while a larger Kensington family house with several bathrooms may need a bigger team or more time. We’ll give you an estimated duration with your quote, so you can plan your day around it.

Not necessarily. Many clients let us in, show us anything that needs special attention, and then leave us to it. If you can’t be there, you can arrange access through a key safe, your porter or concierge, or your letting agent. Just let us know at the time of booking.

Yes. Many Kensington homes have marble fireplaces, ornate plaster cornicing, original encaustic floor tiles and old sash windows. We ask about these surfaces before the clean and use gentle, suitable methods and products for each one. If anything is fragile or recently restored, tell us and we’ll treat it with extra care.

Yes. Many of Kensington’s mansion blocks and converted houses have several flights of stairs and limited space to unload. We plan the team size and equipment around the building, and agree any access arrangements with you or your building manager in advance, so the clean starts on time.
