  • Dust throughout, including light fittings and shades, light switches, dado rails, skirting, spindles and bannisters, curtain rails, wall pictures, mirrors, fire surrounds, and radiators.
  • Move all light furniture and vacuum the carpets. Dust skirting boards.
  • Lift mattresses and vacuum underneath.
  • Clean carpeted floors using dry vacuuming.
  • Wash all hard floors using the correct floor cleaning methods and materials.
  • Clean all glass (furniture tops, mirrors, picture frames, etc.) with window cleaner.
  • Clean windows internally. Wipe down window sills.
  • Clean all doors and the tops of doors. Polish door handles.
  • Clear drawers and shelves of any rubbish (newspapers, magazines, etc.), and store telephone directories neatly.
  • Vacuum upholstery, including lifting and cleaning under cushions.
  • Carefully wipe all wooden furniture clear of dust.
Bathroom
  • Descale, clean, and polish the shower screen.
  • Degrease and clean wall tiles.
  • Clean, descale, dry, and polish the bath, basin, taps, shower, and fittings.
  • Descale and brush clean the toilet. Clean the seat.
  • Remove all soap, shampoo, etc.
  • Clean and polish mirrors.
  • Wash and sanitise floors. If carpeted, vacuum the floor.
Living Room

Please Note

  • Carpet cleaning is not included in our standard end of tenancy cleaning process. You may want to add hot water extraction carpet and upholstery cleaning. You can request this during the booking process.
  • Internal window cleaning is included in all Harrow jobs.
  • We disinfect and sanitise all hard surfaces with antibacterial and antiviral cleaning products.
  • Oven cleaning does not include dismantling and tank dipping.
  • The above checklist applies to furnished properties in Wimbledon, SW19 and SW20. If you require and end of tenancy cleaning of an unfurnished rented property, please make sure you mention this at the time of booking.
  • In case of a House in Multiple Occupation (HMO), we would require access to the whole property, authorised by the landlord or letting agent responsible for the property management.
  • Fair wear and tear issues are not related to the deep cleaning service (they are more of a property maintenance issue) and should be discussed with your landlord as part of your repairs and maintenance conversation.

Professional carpet cleaning is not included in our standard end of tenancy clean, but we offer it as an additional service. Many landlords require professional carpet cleaning, so we recommend adding this to your booking.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your move-out date. During peak moving seasons (summer months and end of the year), we can get booked up quickly. However, we also offer last-minute and even same-day services when available.

Is your service guaranteed to get my full deposit back?

While we can't guarantee you'll get your full deposit back (as this depends on factors beyond cleaning), our thorough service meets and often exceeds the standards required by most landlords and letting agents. Many of our customers report successful full deposit returns.

Are your cleaning products safe for pets?

Yes, we use eco-friendly products that are safe for pets. However, we recommend keeping pets away during the cleaning process for their comfort and our cleaners' efficiency.

Do you clean the outside areas of the property?

Our standard service focuses on the interior. However, we can include basic cleaning of patios, balconies, or small gardens for an additional fee. Please mention this when booking.

There are no available paid parking spaces outside my rented flat, only residents parking bays. Can you still park there?

Our cleaners cannot park in residents-only parking bays, as they require a resident's parking permit. You must contact the London Borough of Harrow and book a visitor parking permit. In most cases, they are ordered from the council's website and are available instantly.
