Highly Effective Cleaning Method

Carpet Cleaning ShortlandsFor our carpet cleaning services in Shortlands BR2, we use hot water extraction method which is considered as the most effective for treating dirty carpets. Interesting Stuff....

  • Shortlands is a ward of the London Borough of Bromley, located less than a mile from Bromley town centre.

  • The village has good transport links to central London, mainly to London Blackfriars and London Victoria from Shortlands railway station.

  • Historically, Shortlands was known as Clay Hill. It became known as Shortlands around 1800, after the fields which, at this point of the Ravensbourne river, ran at right angles up the slopes on either side.
  • Shorlands Golf Club. Established in 1894, it is a wonderful, still privately owned golf club. The club is owned by its members and is located in Meadow Road, Shorlands BR2. It has a flat parkland nine-hole course with tight fairways, good greens and majestic mature trees. Beautifully located on the floodplain of the River Ravensbourne, the course offers a real glimpse of countryside. It has ten holes, ranging from two par fives, a few long par fours, and tight par threes, which are all maintained in superb condition. The river runs along the opening holes of the golf course, creating an attractive natural feature in front of the course’s final green. Shorlands Golf Club is also opened for non members to play, but they should be accompanied by a member of the club, or be part of a visiting golf society. Situated about ten miles from Central London, it is a very friendly golf club that welcomes golf enthusiasts of all ages and abilities.
