Q: How do you ensure reliability and honesty?

A: By checking all the references provided by each cleaning pro. If she/he cannot provide verifiable references, we offer no contracts. We take extra care when tracing each subcontractor's history. There are no exceptions to ensuring that all of our quality standards are met.

Q: Do I have to sign a minimum-term contract?

A: There is no minimum term contract for using our services. We don't want you to pay us because of a contract and not receive quality service. Most London cleaning agencies will require a minimum-term contract to be signed because this is an insurance policy for their benefit regardless of their service. That is not the case when using Anyclean. You can terminate the cleaning service by providing the standard 30 days advanced written notice. No questions asked.

Q: Are there any agency fees or other charges on top of your rates?

A: No. We do not charge a monthly/yearly fee, agency fee or commission. There are no hidden costs or charges. Our service is charged per hour or at a fixed price per property.  All prices are subject to VAT, which is currently 20%.

Q: Do I have to pay anything when I go away for a couple of weeks

A: No. You don't pay a penny. You only pay when you use our cleaning service. We require 24 hours' notice before you go away, the date of your last visit before you go and the date of your first cleaning when you are back.

Q: Do you guarantee your service?

A: Yes. We promise that if you are not satisfied with the result of the job, then we will come back and re-do the cleaning free of charge. In the case of domestic cleaning and ironing, please leave your cleaner tasks that can be normally completed within the time you have agreed with Anyclean.

Q: Do you provide transport for your cleaners?

A: No. Our cleaners use public transport and their own means of transportation.

Q: What areas do you cover?

A: Anyclean covers most areas within the M25. Please ring us on 020 7099 6964 if your home is outside this area. Our domestic cleaning service is available within the London postcodes only. Here is a list of our London cleaning service areas.

Q: How do you vet your cleaners?

A: Our sub-contractor vetting procedure involves:

  •     Proof of identity (passport, full UK driving license)
  •     Proof of address (2 utility bills + bank statement)
  •     Proof of immigration status (valid visa + work permit)
  •     Proof of experience and reliability (minimum 3 references from previous clients)
  •     Proof of Public Liability insurance cover
  •     Test on common cleaning tasks

Anyclean gives all candidates who have passed the vetting procedure extensive health and safety induction/support and secure key safekeeping. We make sure all our service providers understand, apply and adhere to health and safety legislation and the well-known quality standards of Anyclean's service.

Q: Are your cleaners insured?

A: Yes, all our house cleaners are insured for damages when working at your house up to £1m.

Q: Who pays the cleaner?

A: Our company policy is that you pay us, and we pay the cleaner.

Q: How Do I pay for my house cleaning?

A: We ask for a weekly or fortnightly standing order payment with the first cleaning visit to be paid by debit/credit card. You can also set up an ongoing authorisation via Direct Debit or credit card. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Q: What are your office working hours?

A: Our sales and customer service teams will take your call Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 18.00 and Saturday, 09.00 - 16.00.

A: Anyclean was founded in 1998 and successfully continues to grow, attracting many new private and corporate clients. It started as a small family-run business and later incorporated into Anyclean Premium Ltd, registered in England and Wales number 4647918. A: Yes, all of our cleaners carry their own Public Liability insurance policy covering up to a million pounds. Our company carries a £1m Public Liability insurance policy as an additional peace of mind.
