Domestic Cleaning in Ealing

Trained Anyclean housekeepers at work in a family home

A home that stays clean from one week to the next.

Ealing homes come in every shape, and each one asks something different of a cleaner. In an Edwardian house near Ealing Common, much of the time goes on the detail: tiled hallways, picture rails, cornicing and long staircases that gather dust on every tread. In a 1930s semi in Perivale or Greenford, it’s the kitchen, the bathrooms and the mud that comes in from the garden after a weekend in the park. In a newer flat by Ealing Broadway or at Southall Waterside, it’s mostly glass, shower screens and the limescale our hard water leaves behind on every tap.

We pair you with one vetted cleaner who keeps coming back, learns how your home runs and remembers what you’d rather they left alone. Choose weekly, fortnightly or one-off visits anywhere from W3 to UB6. Every cleaner is fully insured, and there’s no long contract to sign.

  • One regular cleaner who gets to know your home
  • Weekly, fortnightly or one-off visits
  • Limescale dealt with on every visit
  • No contract – pause or stop when you need to

Why Anyclean: Every cleaner is vetted, trained, uniformed and fully insured.

Deep Cleaning In Ealing

For the jobs a regular clean can’t get to.

Most deep cleans we carry out in Ealing are booked at one of three moments: before moving in, after building work, or when a home has simply gone too long without proper attention. It might be a new flat in Acton before the furniture arrives, a Hanwell terrace once the kitchen extension is finished, or a family semi in Perivale after a long winter.

The crew works from the top of the house down. In the kitchen they degrease the extractor and the tiles behind the hob, pull out the fridge and cooker to clean behind them, and wipe inside every cupboard and drawer. Shower screens and taps are descaled properly, which matters with water as hard as Ealing’s. Period houses get their skirting, picture rails and sash tracks cleaned, while new-builds have the builders’ dust cleared from vents and window frames. Everything is checked before the crew leaves.

  • Worked room by room, from the top floor down
  • Hard-water limescale and kitchen grease removed
  • Appliances pulled out, cupboards cleaned inside
  • Crew brings all equipment and products

Why Anyclean: A detailed checklist means nothing is missed.

End of Tenancy Cleaning In Ealing

Anyclean end of tenancy cleaners preparing a rental property for check-out

A clean measured against the check-out report.

When a tenancy ends, the inventory clerk compares the property with the check-in report, and any cleaning that falls short usually comes out of the deposit. In Ealing the clerk might be checking a converted flat in Acton, a shared house in West Ealing or a family home in Southall, and the same few things come up every time: the oven, limescale on the shower screen, grease on the extractor and dust along skirting boards and cupboard tops. That’s where our crews spend their time, and if you send us the check-in report, they work from that too.

You get a fixed price in writing before we start, and the crew brings everything they need. If your move-out date changes at short notice, we can often still find a slot. We clean for tenants, landlords and letting agents right across the borough.

  • Cleaned against the check-in inventory
  • A fixed price agreed before we start
  • Short-notice slots when dates move
  • Carpets and outside windows on the same visit

Why Anyclean: Designed to meet inventory standards, so your checkout goes smoothly.

Carpet Cleaning In Ealing

The right method for the fibre, chosen before any water goes down.

Every job starts with a quick test on a hidden corner to check the fibre and whether the dye is stable. The nylon and polypropylene carpets in most Perivale and Southall family homes, and in Acton’s rental flats, can take hot water extraction, which rinses grit and old detergent out of the pile rather than leaving it behind. Wool stair runners in Hanwell and around Ealing Common, and natural floorcoverings such as sisal and jute, shrink or brown if they get too wet, so they’re cleaned with a low-moisture method instead.

Wine, coffee and pet stains are each treated separately before the main clean. Carpet tiles in Park Royal offices and in communal corridors are cleaned by encapsulation, which dries in time for the space to be used the same day. Before leaving, the technician puts the furniture back and tells you when it’s safe to walk on.

  • Fibre and dye test before every clean
  • Each stain treated separately
  • Products safe around children and pets
  • Low-moisture cleaning for wool and natural fibres

Why Anyclean: Carried out by NCCA-trained carpet technicians.

Window Cleaning in Ealing

Anyclean window cleaner using a water-fed pole on upper-floor windows

Clear glass, from Victorian sashes to Park Royal warehouses.

Ealing’s windows cover almost every era of London building: tall Victorian sashes in Hanwell, leaded lights in the Brentham Garden Suburb, curved 1930s bays in Perivale, new apartment blocks in Acton and Southall, and the warehouse and office glazing of Park Royal. Glass near the A40, the North Circular and the Uxbridge Road picks up a grey traffic film quickly, and a bucket of local tap water, as hard as Ealing’s is, dries with chalky marks.

That’s why we use Reach & Wash. Water-fed poles carry purified water up to six floors while the operative stays on the ground, so no ladder ever leans against period brickwork or cladding. The brush loosens the dirt, the pure water rinses it away, and with no minerals left in it, the glass dries clear without chemicals. Frames and sills are cleaned on the same pass, and inside windows can be added to the visit.

  • Inside and outside on the same visit
  • Frames, sills and balcony glass included
  • No ladders against cladding or render
  • Purified water that dries without streaks

Why Anyclean: Careful handling of period sash windows and original features.

Office Cleaning in Ealing

Cleaning that works around the way your office runs.

If the bins, the kitchen or the washrooms keep ending up on your to-do list, your office cleaning isn’t doing its job. We clean offices around Ealing Broadway, studios and workspaces in Acton, trade counters, warehouses and head offices across Park Royal, and surgeries, solicitors and estate agents along the Uxbridge Road. Each one gets busy at different times, so we agree the visit times with you: before the first appointment, after the last shift or at the weekend.

The checklist is written for your space, from desks, kitchens, washrooms and meeting rooms to the door handles, keyboards and printers everyone touches. Floors are vacuumed and mopped on every visit, and hand towels, soap and bin liners can be topped up as we go. You’ll have the same vetted cleaners each time and one account manager to call if something needs changing, with the standards we work to for clients such as the NHS, BBC and ITV.

  • Early-morning, evening or weekend visits
  • One account manager who knows your site
  • A checklist written for your office
  • DBS-checked, uniformed cleaners

Why Anyclean: No minimum or long-term binding contracts.

Communal Areas Cleaning In Ealing

Shared spaces that stop generating complaints.

Most of the complaints a managing agent gets about a block start in the shared parts: a smeared entrance door, a sticky lift floor, a bin store nobody wants to walk past. In Ealing those shared parts vary a lot, from concierge lobbies and car parks in the new towers around Ealing Broadway, North Acton and Southall Waterside to tiled halls in Victorian conversions in Hanwell and long corridors in Acton’s mansion blocks. We clean them for managing agents, freeholders, residents’ management companies and housing providers, on a schedule fixed in advance.

The same team comes back each visit and gets to know the building. A blown light on a landing, a door closer that no longer catches or rubbish dumped by the bins is reported to the property manager, not left for residents to find. Carpet and window cleaning can be added at set intervals.

  • The same team on a fixed schedule
  • Lobbies, stairs, lifts and corridors
  • Bin stores and car parks kept in order
  • Maintenance issues reported as they’re found

Why Anyclean: Consistent teams and clear reporting for managing agents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I book more than one service on the same visit?

Yes. Many customers combine services, such as an end of tenancy clean with carpet and window cleaning, or a deep clean before regular cleaning starts. We plan the visit so each team works in the right order, and you get one price and one point of contact for the whole job.

How much notice do you need to book a clean?

For regular domestic or office cleaning, a few days is usually enough to match you with the right cleaner. One-off services such as deep, end of tenancy or carpet cleaning can often be booked within the week, and we’ll always try to help if your dates are tight. Call us and we’ll tell you the earliest slot straight away.

Do you offer contracts for landlords and businesses?

Yes, but there’s no minimum term. Landlords, letting agents, managing agents and businesses can set up a regular account with agreed prices, a written schedule and one account manager, and pay against monthly invoices. You can change the schedule or end the arrangement whenever you need to.

Is there anything I need to do to prepare?

Very little. Clear away valuables, paperwork and anything fragile, and let us know about pets, alarms and access. For carpet cleaning, moving small items off the floor helps. Everything else, from products to equipment, is brought by the team.

Our street near Ealing Broadway is inside a controlled parking zone. Will that cause problems?

No. Large parts of the borough, around Ealing Broadway, West Ealing, Acton and Southall town centres, sit inside controlled parking zones, and the hours vary from street to street. We check the restrictions for your address when you book and agree a visitor permit or a nearby bay with you in advance. For bigger jobs we can arrange a bay suspension, and where the van can’t stop close by, the team carries the kit in.

We manage flats in Acton and Southall and a unit in Park Royal. Can one contractor cover all of them?

Yes. We work across the whole London Borough of Ealing, so tenancy changeovers and deep cleans in Acton, communal areas in Southall and office cleaning on a Park Royal site can all sit under one account. Each property has its own schedule and checklist, the teams complete any site inductions needed in Park Royal, and you deal with one account manager and receive one invoice.
