How long does an end of tenancy clean take?

What Do We Cover During A Post-tenancy Deep Clean?

Kitchen

  • Wash and polish all work surfaces.
  • Clean inside cupboards and drawers. Remove all old food stuffs, carrier bags etc. and dispose of.
  • Clean sink and taps and remove lime scale and polish where required.
  • Wall tiles to be degreased, cleaned and polished.
  • Clean oven internally and externally to remove all built up grease. Polish any external chrome.
  • Clean and remove grime from extractor.
  • Clean and defrost refrigerator removing all grime, mildew and food deposits. Leave switched on.
  • Clean washing machine inside and out. Clean rubber at the door. Clean soap drawers and filters.
  • Clean dishwasher inside and out (if any).

Bathrooms

  • Shower screen de-scaled, cleaned and polished.
  • Wall tiles degreased, cleaned and polished (mould growth if any removed from between grout).
  • Bath , basin, taps, shower and fittings to be cleaned, de-scaled, dried and polished.
  • Toilet to be de-scaled, and brushed clean. Seat to be cleaned.
  • All soap and shampoo etc. to be removed.
  • Mirrors to be cleaned and polished.
  • Floors to be washed and sanitised. If carpet, floor to be vacuumed.

Bedrooms

  • All bedroom furniture/storage units will be cleaned inside and out.
  • Carpets will be thoroughly vacuumed. Professional carpet cleaning can be added upon request.

  • Leatherhead Football Club. It is a self proclaimed football club that is managed by its supporters for the benefit of the Leatherhead community. The club has a great history of semi-pro football, playing throughout the English season and attracting a great number of supporters, making it an institution in the town. The modern Leatherhead FC we see today was born from the merger of Leatherhead Rose and Leatherhead United back in 1946.   • Bocketts’ Farm Park. Situated on a beautiful countryside land in Surrey, just off Young Street in Leatherhead KT22, it is a working family farm that has rare breeds and a petting zoo. The park combines farmyard animal displays with attractive, all weather children’s play area, ensuring the kids will be always entertained here, whether it is rainy or cold. Bocketts’ Farm is home to a large number of animals, ranging from typical farmyard inhabitants, such as ducks, chicken and pigs, to small animas like guinea pigs and rabbits. The playing areas are set between the barn facility, and are included with a large astroslide and an indoor maze. On the site there are also outside trampolines and electric tractors on rails. Bocketts’ Farm Park is a friendly place which is open to the public almost throughout the whole year and is visited by many schools and clubs that use the grounds of the farm for teaching or day trips.
  • Leatherhead Leisure Centre. It is a large multi-purpose leisure complex located in Guildford Road, in Leatherhead KT22. Based in an area of parkland near the Surrey town, this centre is owned by Mole Valley District Council and managed in partnership with Fusion Lifestyle. The facility was built in the 1970s and extended in the 1980s, with the Mole Barn added. In March 2011, following a 20-month, 12,6m pound redevelopment project, the leisure centre reopened and now includes a redesigned reception and entrance area, aerobics studio, multi-purpose sports hall, crèche, two squash courts, and a 400 square metre soft children’s play area.
