For clients with multiple sites, we produce a site-specific specification for each premises, managed centrally by a single account manager.

Touch points are the surfaces most frequently contacted by multiple people throughout a working day - door handles, push plates, light switches, lift buttons, stair bannisters, taps, toilet flush handles, kettle handles, and shared equipment. These surfaces accumulate bacterial and viral contamination at a significantly higher rate than other surfaces because multiple people repeatedly contact them without cleaning in between. Large family homes - four or more bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, and substantial living spaces - require a structured approach that a single cleaner working room by room cannot efficiently deliver. Anyclean deploys a two or three-person team for deep cleans of larger properties, allowing simultaneous work across multiple areas and completing the clean in a realistic timeframe without compromise. We divide the property into zones - kitchen and utility, bathrooms and en-suites, bedrooms, and living areas - assigning tasks by zone so every area receives the same thorough attention. Our deep clean covers inside all kitchen cupboards and appliances, bathroom descaling and grout scrubbing, mould treatment, high-level dusting throughout, cleaning behind and underneath all furniture, and skirting boards, door frames, and window tracks. We add carpet extraction, upholstery, and mattress cleaning to a combined deep clean package for furnished properties. We quote on size and condition following an assessment.

We clean sofas and upholstered furniture using hot water extraction or low-moisture methods, depending on fabric type. We clean curtains in-situ using our injection-extraction method. We recommend combining all four services - carpets, mattresses, upholstery, and curtains - as a single coordinated allergen clean, carried out annually or following a change of occupancy. We apply deodorising and antibacterial treatment on completion.

Grout cleaning on natural stone tiling uses non-acidic mechanical agitation rather than chemical descaling. Polished stone worktops, vanity tops, and hearths are cleaned and buffed using products designed to maintain the polish without stripping the surface layer or leaving residue.
