Pricing

We price every job individually, based on the service type, the property, its size, and the specific scope of what you need. We provide a full breakdown in writing before we start, so you know exactly where you stand. We will not pretend to be the cheapest cleaning company in the London Borough of Havering, because we are not, and we would rather be upfront about that than have it come as a surprise. What our pricing covers is staff we vet and train ourselves, complete insurance across all operations, and the kind of reliability that means we complete jobs correctly, on schedule, without you needing to chase anyone.

The customers who have been with us the longest tend to say the same thing: the cheapest quote on the table is rarely the one that holds up. If what you want is dependable work, honest communication, and a company that gets it right the first time, we'd be glad to hear from you.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I prepare my home for a deep clean, and what should I expect on the day?

You don't need to do much - the less you do, the more thoroughly our teams can work. Before our cleaners arrive, we ask that you clear surfaces of loose personal items, ensure all rooms are accessible, and let us know in advance about any surfaces, materials, or products you want us to avoid. On the day, our team works systematically through the property - kitchen first, including inside all appliances and cupboards, followed by bathrooms and en-suites with full descaling and grout scrubbing, then bedrooms and living areas covering high-level dusting, behind and underneath furniture, skirting boards, door frames, and window tracks. Hard floors are cleaned last after all dust and debris have settled. We bring all products and equipment. If you are adding carpet extraction, upholstery cleaning, or mattress cleaning to the deep clean, our specialist equipment is included in the same booking. Most deep cleans are complete within four to six hours, depending on property size and condition.

Can I use my own cleaning products, or does Anyclean bring everything?

We bring everything - all cleaning products, microfibre cloths, mops, vacuum cleaners, and specialist equipment - as standard on every visit. You don't need to supply or stock anything. If you have a preference for specific products, want us to use eco-friendly or fragrance-free alternatives, or have surfaces that require particular care - natural stone worktops, unsealed hardwood floors, delicate upholstery - let us know during the booking process and we'll select or bring products appropriate to those surfaces. If you prefer, we're equally happy to use your own products. Some clients prefer this for allergy or sensitivity reasons, or simply because they trust certain products for their specific surfaces. Our cleaners are trained to work with a full range of product types and will not use anything on a surface they're not confident is appropriate for it. We discuss product preferences before the first visit and note them on your account.

How do you handle carpet cleaning in a home with pets - and can you remove pet odours completely?

Pet households present three distinct carpet cleaning challenges - pet hair embedded in carpet fibres, pet stain residue that standard cleaning doesn't fully extract, and pet odour that standard cleaning masks rather than eliminates. Anyclean addresses all three within a single carpet cleaning visit. Our cleaners remove surface pet hair before extraction using specialist tools. We treat pet stain residue using enzymatic products that break down organic matter at a molecular level - this eliminates the stain at the source rather than diluting it. Pet odour requires the same enzymatic approach: standard deodorisers mask odour temporarily, but enzymatic treatment permanently neutralises the urine crystals and biological matter that produce the smell. We follow enzymatic pre-treatment with hot water extraction across all carpeted areas, extracting treated residue along with embedded dirt, allergens, and dander. We apply a deodorising treatment on completion. For severe pet odour cases, we recommend combining carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and mattress cleaning in a single visit.

What are the main factors that affect the price of your end of tenancy cleaning service?

End of tenancy cleaning is priced based on property size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, the property's condition, and any additional services required. A standard end of tenancy clean covers the full property to the letting agent and APIP inventory clerk standards: oven, appliances, inside all cupboards, bathrooms fully descaled and grout-scrubbed, carpets extraction-cleaned, and all rooms cleaned throughout. Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, external window cleaning, and oven cleaning are priced as standalone add-ons. The condition of the property affects the time required - a property left in poor condition takes significantly longer than one in, a property that passes checkout inspection, reasonable order, and we price accordingly rather than applying a flat rate that either underdelivers or overcharges. We provide a written quote before every booking with no hidden charges. Our re-clean guarantee means the price you pay covers the outcome. Anyclean guarantees you a property that passes checkout inspection, not just the hours spent cleaning it.

How do you clean a heavily soiled oven, and how often should ovens be professionally cleaned?

A heavily soiled oven requires a different approach from a lightly used one - baked-on grease, carbonised food residue, and burnt deposits on racks and door glass cannot be shifted by standard oven cleaning sprays without significant dwell time and mechanical agitation. Anyclean uses professional-grade, fume-free caustic or non-caustic solutions depending on the oven type and soiling level. We remove all racks, shelves, and side runners and soak them separately. We treat the interior cavity, roof, and base with an appropriate cleaning solution and allow full dwell time before agitation and removal. We clean between the door glass panels where grease accumulates invisibly. We clean the hob, including burner heads, pan supports, and surrounding surfaces, and the extractor fan and filter as part of the same visit. For domestic ovens in regular daily use, we recommend professional cleaning every three to six months. For ovens cleaned as part of an end of tenancy, we bring them to a condition that passes inventory inspection as standard.

What is included in a one-off house clean, and how is it different from a regular visit?

A one-off house clean sits between a regular domestic clean and a full deep clean. In scope,  it covers everything a regular visit includes, but with more time allocated per room and more attention paid to areas that accumulate soiling between regular cleans. Anyclean's one-off clean covers all rooms thoroughly: bathroom and en-suite cleaning including sanitaryware, tiling, and chrome; full kitchen cleaning including appliance exteriors, hob, sink, and worktops; floor vacuuming and mopping throughout; dusting and surface wiping in all rooms; skirting boards, door frames, and window sills. Unlike a deep clean, a one-off does not routinely include inside appliances, inside cupboards, or grout scrubbing - these are scoped and priced separately if required. Unlike a regular visit, there is no expectation of a maintained baseline, so our cleaners invest more time per surface. One-off cleans are available at short notice, require no contract, and are priced on property size and the specific scope agreed at booking.
