Why Choose Anyclean

We have owned and run Anyclean as a family business since 1998, and we operate it exactly the same way today - one independent company, no franchise arrangements, and no external interests pulling us in a different direction. We hold ISO 9001:2015 for quality management and ISO 45001:2018 for health and safety, and we put both through independent third-party audit every single year. We carry comprehensive public liability and employer's liability insurance across every service we deliver.

Pricing

We build every quote from the service type, the property and its size, and the full scope of what the work requires - we put it all in writing before we start, so you know the complete figure before we set foot through the door. We are not the cheapest cleaning company in the London Borough of Redbridge, and we would rather tell you that now than have it come as a surprise. What our rates reflect is a team we hire with care, train to a consistent standard, and insure fully, combined with the reliability to complete every job correctly, on time, and without you needing to chase anyone.

Customers who have been with us for years tend to land on the same conclusion: the quote that looks sharpest on paper rarely delivers the most dependable outcome in practice. If you want work done properly, a company that communicates without being prompted, and results that don't need revisiting, we'd be glad to quote for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a spring clean include, and how is it different from a regular deep clean?

A spring clean and a deep clean cover the same ground - the difference is context and expectation rather than scope. Anyclean's spring clean is a full-property reset: inside all kitchen appliances and cupboards, bathroom descaling and grout scrubbing, mould treatment on sealant and grout lines, cleaning behind and underneath all furniture, high-level dusting throughout, skirting boards, door frames, window sills and tracks, radiators, air vents, and cobweb removal across all rooms. We add carpet extraction cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and mattress cleaning as part of a combined spring clean package for furnished properties. The distinction we'd draw is motivational rather than technical - a deep clean is typically triggered by a specific event, while a spring clean is an annual household reset that most clients schedule in late spring or early autumn. Both use the same scope and the same professional standard. We quote on property size and condition and allocate team size accordingly.

What cleaning products do you use, and are they safe around children and pets?

All cleaning products Anyclean uses are COSHH-compliant with full safety data sheets - we don't use unverified products in client properties. For regular domestic visits, we use professional-grade detergents, bathroom cleaners, and surface products that are safe for use in occupied homes once surfaces are dry and any residual product smell has cleared - typically within thirty to sixty minutes of application. For households with young children or pets, we offer fragrance-free and eco-friendly product alternatives using biodegradable, plant-derived, non-toxic formulations that carry no harsh solvents or phosphate content. We avoid products containing bleach in homes with pets where direct surface contact is likely. For carpet and upholstery cleaning, all extraction cleaning solutions we use are pet-safe and child-safe once dry. We discuss product preferences and any household sensitivities during the booking process and note them on your account. You can also ask us to use your own preferred products - our cleaners are equally comfortable working with client-supplied products.

What does a professional kitchen deep clean involve, and how often should it be done?

A kitchen deep clean addresses the grease accumulation, food residue, and hidden soiling that builds up behind and underneath the maintenance layer of regular cleaning. Anyclean's kitchen deep cleaning covers inside all cupboards and drawers including shelf liners, kickboards, and drawer runners; full oven cleaning including racks, inner panels, and door glass; extractor fan and filter degreasing; microwave interior; fridge and freezer interiors including shelves, drawers, and door seals; dishwasher interior including filter and spray arms; hob including burner heads, pan supports, and surrounding surfaces; tile grout and splashbacks; cleaning behind and underneath the fridge, cooker, and washing machine; and all worktop surfaces and upstands. For domestic kitchens in regular daily use, we recommend a professional kitchen deep clean every three to six months - or annually as a minimum for lighter-use kitchens. For furnished rental properties, a full kitchen deep clean is standard within every end of tenancy booking.

What happens if I'm not happy with the result of a clean?

We want to know immediately - and we deal with it directly. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of a cleaning visit, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will return to fix the issue at no charge. For end of tenancy cleans, our re-clean guarantee means we return free of charge to address any cleaning-related issues raised in the checkout report - this applies regardless of when the issue is raised within a reasonable period after the clean. For regular domestic visits, if a room has been missed or a task not completed to standard, we address it on the next visit or arrange a return visit, depending on the nature of the issue. We don't ask you to submit a formal complaint or go through a long process - please tell us what the problem is, and we'll be happy to fix it. If you ever feel a specific cleaner isn't the right fit for your household, we will reassign without question. Our ISO 9001:2015 quality management process documents every complaint and resolution - we use feedback to improve, not to dispute.

How do you protect fragile and valuable items during a cleaning visit?

Our cleaners are trained to treat every item in a client's home with care - but the practical approach to fragile and valuable items starts at the booking stage, not during the visit. We ask clients to identify any items requiring particular care - antiques, collectables, delicate ornaments, specialist surfaces, or areas they'd prefer our cleaners not to touch - and we document these on the client's account. Our cleaners review these notes before every visit. For regular domestic clients, the same cleaner attending every visit builds familiarity with your home and your preferences over time, reducing the risk of accidental contact with items you've identified as sensitive. We never move fragile items to clean around them without care - where an item can't be safely moved, we clean around it. For surfaces including natural stone worktops, lacquered joinery, antique furniture, and delicate upholstery, we use material-appropriate products and methods confirmed suitable before application. Anyclean carries full public liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our operatives during any visit.

How do commercial cleaning visit frequencies work - and how do I decide what my business needs?

Most commercial premises need more than weekly cleaning - and fewer than daily. The right frequency depends on footfall, the nature of your business, the surfaces and facilities involved, and your presentational and hygiene standards. Anyclean structures commercial contracts around four principal frequencies: daily visits for high-footfall offices, retail premises, healthcare facilities, and any business where washroom hygiene and presentational standards require daily attention; three-times-weekly for medium-footfall offices and professional premises where daily cleaning is more than required; weekly for lower-occupancy premises, storage facilities, and businesses with modest cleaning requirements; and periodic-only contracts for premises needing scheduled deep cleans rather than routine maintenance. Most contracts combine a regular visit frequency with periodic deep cleaning - quarterly or bi-annual commercial deep cleans supplementing daily or weekly maintenance. We assess your premises during the site survey and recommend the most cost-effective frequency that delivers the standard your business actually requires - not the most frequent option.
